Brazilian artist Bia Ferreira, a prominent and rising star on the brazilian new music scene, is preparing to release her latest album, “Améfrica,” scheduled for release this year. As part of the album’s promotional tour, Bia is about to embark on another series of international concerts, with festivals and events in the U.S. and Canada before heading to Europe for shows in France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal.

Bia Ferreira will be performing at the prestigious International Jazz Day, an event taking place this year in Chicago under the artistic direction of jazz legend Herbie Hancock. An ode to jazz worldwide and beyond, established and emerging artists will be featured in the Global All-Star, the event’s main show, which will feature jazz legends and many other great names in music.
